I just started taking lexapro and they told me to take at night at first because it might make people sleepy. However I've become more alert and have a little trouble sleeping. So i want to know how to switch from taking at night to taking during the day. Should I just take one again this morning even though i took on last night or should i not take a pill today and start in the morning tomorrow?

It would be fine to take one this AM even though you took it last night but better would be to take it around noon or 1PM and then tomorrow start taking it in the AM.
