Hey, I wanna thank everyone who has responded to my posts I feel so much better today and I hope to continue this trend moving forward. I still have times where I dip but I'm trying harder to rid myself of the negative emotions. I hope everyone else has a great day today.Peace.

I'm glad you are feeling better. After spending the better part of the last three years in depression, I can relate to feeling bad. I'm glad to have each day that is happy and I'm having quite a few. Hope you do too.
