Poorguy thank you for so great quotes. I used to have a self defense system that made me pick my self up against any negative belief and it was automatic. But somewhere along my life I lost my self defense system, and need to work at it to build my self stronger. And so far it has not been easy at all. I am still struggling as a divorcee father who cannot see his kids and in my 40s who still loves his ex wife. Plus living in Tokyo for 20 years it’s been difficult as I am ultimately alone. But like you said everything is about trying. Wish I could have you guys here and give a real hug.

Hi guys, feeling down I got an unfair job evaluation, and I think is biased. But it might have to do with my illness. I hate f depression. I think I need to find more contract jobs and work for my self I am f tired of the corporates. Is this wrong thinking, what do you guys do?

And my divorce lawyer does not respond to my questions about my visitation rights to my kids. What lack of respect from people that charge you so much.

Angry at the world at me at everything right now grrrrrrrrt
