Since my childhood, i have a very strange personality. I have very few and selected friends. When i spend 3 or 4 hours with friends or cousins i get bored. I don't like going on picnic. I don't talk too much. I have fix routine. Goto work, goto university, use computer etc. I can talk infront of 1 or 2 persons male or female but when i speak infront of many peoples like 5 or more in univeristy etc sweating starts, and heart beat increases.
Can someone help? is this depression or what?

None of us can give you a diagnosis of what's bothering you. I suggest that you go to your doctor and talk to him/her. You can get a referral to a therapist or counselor who will be better able help you figure out what's wrong.

You seem to be experiencing anxiety, so maybe some relaxation techniques like meditation will help.

Doesn't sound like depression. A little anxiety but who doesn't get nervous speaking in front of groups. Lots of us do.

Maybe it is just your personality which is totally ok.

Apparently there are some people with social anxiety or social phobia. I think many people have a little bit of social anxiety, but some people have so much trouble that it is an illness. There are forums for that problem where people can tell you more.

I have a little bit of trouble, but not like some.
