My parents have recently been noticing my behavior ( or lack there of) and have been really on my case for being "lazy" and "anti social" and yesterday my mom told me to start takings vitamins everyday and I would be out of this "funk" in no time. Do vitamins really help?

There is a study that someone here posted just a few days ago that says they think Omega 3 fatty acids will help with depression. I'm trying it. The fatty acids are good for other things as well so what can it hurt?
Thanks for this!

I've heard vitamin D is good, especially if you don't get much sun.
Thanks for this!
