yeah sometimes we all come across this situation but to resolve it is easier, just start talking with your friends or family members, don't be alone. listen to rock music or watch a funny TV show.

When I get real depressed it causes anxiety and then even some paranoia. I get a sense of impending doom that something is going to go terribly wrong at anytime. It is not rational. I think it comes from the depression knocking all my self confidence out and then I just can't envision how i am going to be able to accomplish anything. That feeling in your chest is fear.

Lamictal 100mg
Remeron 30mg for sleep
Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back
