I'm so alone. No friends, my family is disappearing, and my boyfriend and I are breaking up. The only person who is standing beside me is my ex-husband, but he's at work. I've been crying since noon yesterday and can't stop. I don't want to hurt myself, but the pain is so bad. Even breathing is hard. I'm so scared.

I have no friends, my mental health has made them run for the hills.
I hate being judged because of my illnesses, I've become a bit of a recluse over the last couple of years. I don't have anything to do with family because of my childhood and early adulthood physical and verbal abuse I suffered. I had tried to forgive and forget and even asked them to do group therapy but they declined and refuse to admit the truth or take any responsibility. Please don't be scared, this forum is for talking about your feelings, no one is going to judge you here. |
