AHHHH!!!!!!! I used to love coming to work, but not anymore, cuz stupid people that dont like to do there jobs like to start stuff for good people that do what they are supposed to do. Grrrrrr......... K, to make a long story short..... I am a housekeeper, and i clean doctors offices outside of the hospital, well, there is a small group of us out here, and everyone knows everyone. Well, Everyone used to get along until this stupid woman decides she wants to call off all the time, and leave early when she wants and pretty much, she just thinks she runs crap. Now, I find out today that this Witch is going over my supervisors head to the main director of my department, telling him that my supervisor is racist and everything else. Well, Needless to say, My work environment is now H-E-L-L, and everyone is angry, which in turn makes me feel more depressed, and angry, and confused. I just dont understand why people have to be idiots! Is it really that hard to do your job?? And If you don't want to do your job, Is it OK to get everyone else in trouble w/ u???? AHHHHHH! sometimes i just want to GET OUTTA THIS PLACE!

Sometimes it's better to work for yourself.
Sorry this person is really rocking the boat and messing things up for everyone. I hope it clears out soon so everything can go back to being peaceful.

It is hard to work in a strained environment. I am sorry that she is creating so much havoc. Would it be beneficial for all of you to talk to her together and if that doesn't work then the director of your department? Of course there are repercussions to any of your actions but you sound very unhappy the way it is now. Good luck it is always hard to deal with people problems. There are regulations about having to work in a hostile environment. A strong stance but it is an option.

Hello Mamazangel.
I hope things get better soon at work. Try to keep yourself safe from all of this if you can so your mental health is not in jeopardy. Take care MA. Soidhonia
