my scores for July-November
76 78 79 72 77
don't know why I even take these tests.
it's almost like having someone asking "how are you doing?".. and actually wanting to know what's wrong. sad story

77! And I'm not even feeling as bad as I was last week...

I think taking it often is a good idea, ExiExi, that way you can chart your progress or at least look for patterns.

88 today. Generally, it's between the 70's and 80's if past scores I have saved are anything to go by. You can save them to your profile, to see how it progresses over time. It helps me find triggers to save results, as long as I note the things that happened that day.

I got a 19. I knew that my depression was mild. Still there but nowhere near as bad as before the ECT.

53, just bordering severe depression. For me I don't think they ask the right things. I'm just mildly depressed for real and have not been severely depressed for years. I think I'm just more of a realist.
