So everything's been going great, I mean like everything. I got good grades this past semester, I scored 2 interviews for volunteer opportunities that'll enhance my resume for grad school, my holiday was good, & I graduate next semester. The only thing that's gone wrong is my cycle which comes every month. 😫
This has been an issue for me for longer than I actually noticed! My cycle intensifies depressive symptoms such as sleeping too much and loss of appetite, which is what I've been experiencing both over the last couple days. Plus I have a cold and I frigging hate those!
I'm just not sure that this qualifies as an episode or the onset of one because usually, it's worse. However, it's worth it to be self aware. What do you guys think?

It's great to read of all the successes in your life at present, Acj5114! Yes, self-awareness is a cornerstone of mental health. If you know what triggers your depressive episodes & how they effect you, you're really ahead of the game in terms of being able to handle them effectively. I wish you continued success!
