I just tried to the the right tool for a light replacement on my brake light for my car...... and the right tool was not with the right attachment.... which means it's a royal Pain to do myself.... Which is very frustrating. With the fact that I feel like crap and my mental crap is getting in the way again. I know there's a few cognitive distortions going on, and I'm losing the fight. Oh and the dizziness/vertigo is making me very angry which also doesn't help.... okay I think that's all for just venting.
