Fuzzy, I'm real sorry you had to be faced with that phone call/that trigger on top of everything you've been trying to deal with
But you know, there is a lot of fight, a lot of strength in your thread there, it might not feel like it right now, but........... And you've got a right to be mad, you've also got a right to not let them go on/keep hurting you. So hold onto that fight/hold onto that strength and try to channel it into more healing. Hope you can block her number. I blocked a couple of numbers last year. I am very sorry but those calls were triggering me a lot. I tried to explain but those people got very offended. I could not help. It was the first time I did something like that but I do not regret
