hi.

is anyone else convinced that their life is not life yet?.

let me explain- i don't mean people who wish they could restart life or go back and change something, i mean does anyone think... well where we are now is sort of like an in between section.

we're being assessed if we're fit for life- and all this is just practicing for the real thing

okay so probably not.

but anyone?

I tend to think that way in a spiritual sense. Like this life is just one small step in spiritual evolution. Life goes on and on forever. We learn lessons, struggle and grow.

"All the world is but a narrow bridge,

Many, depressed and not, have had similar feelings.

I've often had thoughts similar, I feel like this isn't "real life" yet sometimes too. I overthink it all so much I freak myself out and give myself panic attacks I also get paranoid that i'm in some sort of "experiment" and this isn't a real world, but maybe I've just seen to many movies LOL.

Somehow I've managed to take things minute by minute. No past, no future. Just now. I think this is all one big dream anyways.
