Without sounding like you are self absorbed or like you expect the world to revolve around you, how do you explain to your spouse that you're not happy in your relationship? I mean. I am in a marriage yet I feel like I am either completely alone or that I am torturing myself by staying with her. But is that just the depression? I don't know anymore. She claims she is happy. But I think the complete opposite. I ask myself "am I just staying because of the children? " and if so is that the right thing to do? The stupid thing about it is I want to be happy. And I want to be happy with her. And as a family. But I just don't feel it. And I don't know if I should upset her by telling her or just keep on the way things are. I just don't know anymore.

A good marriage counselor or therapist can be a great help. They know the right questions to ask to help you. It may be that your unhappiness with yourself is casting a dark cloud on everything else.
Thanks for this!
