I feel like part of depression is faking it 247 so that you can feel those lil' temporary fleeting moments of happiness
Or is that just a part of being a human being ?
Like, I think the human condition is both a blessing and a huge challenge for everyone.
I believe we're all lucky in some ways and all struggle in some ways.
And all of these "ways" are unique to our own experience and perception..

I hope you all have a good day, or at least some good parts. <3

I agree with you that life is both happy and yet difficult at times. Depression is like a sore thumb that doesn't go away when you need it to or it is something that lingers on and on and we seemingly have to push ourselves to get through it. The human condition does encompass both sides of being a blessing and a challenge.

Nicely put that we all experience life so differently. You must be a deep thinker.

A lot of the time, I feel as if I'm just going through the motions of existence . Feeling flat. Then I remind myself that I'm lucky compared to a lot of other people in terms of home, family, work, junk-food.

To a certain extent it is just part of being human. Different people have to do it more or less, certainly, but everyone needs to remind themselves not to shut the world out from time to time. It is a lot easier to feel those moments of happiness if you are making a point to remain open to them.
