How do you keep on the right track?
How do you stay positive?
How do you keep on fighting when your head keeps screaming no?
How do you keep yourself from giving into any negative urges?
How do you keep yourself on this planet?
How do you keep on breathing?

Its difficult to stay on the right track honestly. It takes a lot of learned positive coping and willpower basically, and that answers all your questions. For many reason we fail at moving forward but all you can do is keep putting one foot in front of the other and strive for positive life.
Thanks for this!

This applies to me as well. I think I have to make myself see the good things in life. When I feel like I don't want to be in this world anymore I start to think of reasons to stay, then I write them down. It's hard.

Love and hugs to you Secretwhisper
