Not exactly sure if I put this in the right place... but Please help me.

-It's been going on for a while, now. It used to be simple light headed issues. Small panic attacks. Only for a few weeks have I been feeling a step behind the rest of the world. I feel I am out of place. My mind is fuzzy, my eyes shooting from one thing to the next. They seem blurry, yet clear. Am I losing it?
My head is no longer safe. I am looking at the hands of someone other than myself. These hands are those of a strangers. I constantly feel lost. Life doesn't seem real, and it's scary. I hide it well, as all my life I've dealt with some sort of health problem. Living normally isn't something I'm familiar with.
I am always so tired and fatigued. I could sleep for 12 hours straight, wake up and feel exhausted. At night I feel alone and lost. It's another world. One I am so very horrified with. I feel I am slowly losing my mind. A spark inside of me is being blown out, and there is nothing I can do. I want to feel normal again.
I would do anything to feel normal again...

I try to get exercise, yoga and other gentle stretching exercises and meditation to help me get started in the morning. I also go with a high protein low carb diet and it helps me stay focused and feel more energized.
