I don't know why. Lately I don't have time for any personal things. I used to come to pc daily and now I haven't been here in two weeks. I used to check my personal emails 3 times a day. Last time I checked my emails was 3 weeks ago. I used to remind myself to breathe and chill now I don't have time to even think of it. And I have no idea why. No clue what's keeping me so busy. It's crazy and pathetic, I'm living life working breathing and helping my ******* family. Is that selfless or selfish.
I don't know what the next few days or weeks will bring or if I'll have time so sending you all gentle hugs and positive thoughts.

Rant when possible, I17. Sometimes you have to be selfish in order to preserve the possibility of being selfless.

It's good to see you Idiot17, it's nice to help your family but don't lose yourself in the process. You need to do something for you too.

Too busy to think or feel perhaps? Are you burying all the "other" feelings and in doing so not allowing yourself any sort of a life?

Try to make a little time just for you. ((((((I17))))))

Hi idiot17. It is good to hear from you. I also have been extremely busy. I went for 3 days when I did not even check my e-mail this week. I also find myself working long hard hours. Nothing I do is appreciated. Take a little time and take care of yourself. Don't get burned out.

Thanks guys.

This past week I put in 59 hours in the office and 8.5 hours for sleep.
The remainder hours of the week was 'used' by my 'responsibilities' and people....

I know I have to pull back and think what would be good for me. But I can't seem to do that. No matter, its just so a part of me. How does one make time for themselves? How does one do what they want?

So in the meantime I don't have a minute to spare and can't come here. I'm going to try to work on making time to come here since it's the one place I can just be, without any pretense or fake smiles and see all here.

Thinking of all of you.

Do you have anyone that can take over or share some of your responsibilities ?
Are you able to take some time for yourself during the day ?
