Sometimes we just don't have the energy to do everything. I hope today is better for you.

save the rest of your energy for telling yourself positive things about You!. Things like, "i am an amazing person", "I have a heart of gold", "i am caring towards others", "i am the only 'me' that will ever exist and 'i matter'" etc.

Good Night!
