^^
I felt good about about my body afterwards. I felt good about myself because it turns out I have a strong arm and I looked at my muscles in the mirror today. I also felt confident and a bit loosened up about life in general at Target. An acupuncturist recommended I play volleyball. I asked her how to get confidence, she mentioned my "long pretty arms" and it gave a short of idea. I went to meetup.com to play for free with mostly friendly and nice people who didnt know how to play volleyball either. I left though because I got bored. *This isn't an ad for Target, acupuncture, or meetup.com *Ive also been on Latuda an antidepressant for two weeks now, which doesn't do much. It doesn't do anything at all. It gave me all the hypersensitivities again. Out of all the sadness, and pain I feel, it does make me start to care again. Care enough to leave the computer for social activity for 30 mins. Last edited by Anonymous100310; Mar 15, 2015 at 09:41 PM. |

![]() Volleyball is terrific! I used to play when I was younger and always found it helpful for my anxiety and depression. It's a sociable sport and fun to play and you get exercise as well, plus there's the "Whee!" feeling when someone on your team makes a really good play. |
