My older sister who lives with me and my dad is always putting me down , trying to tell me what to do . In fact she's yelling me for using toilet paper! I have kidney issues as to what I;m not even sure of. She's always calling me, turning on lights when I'm trying to sleep or waking me up just to complain. Venting and needing some advice.

I'm sorry you have to go through this.

Try to use your voice of reason, use your logic, while also being respectful towards your father and sister without getting angry or sound like you are attacking them. Reveal that you are a grown up, and you can indeed take care of yourself, and it's really up to you whether to just take what your father is saying about you for granted, or just consider that he never even spoken if what he's saying is absolutely false and doesn't represent you. And it will totally help if you just keep coming here and rant, it will hopefully raise your level of tolerance, and it will tone you down.

You're very welcome, but sorry, it's my bad. I didn't pay enough attention, and I feel so embarrassed for such and idiotic response.

You should consider commas, though

Forget commas and take the offensive. Use disinformation, psychological warfare, sabotage... by way of deception thou shalt make war (on your sister). The put-downs, calls, lights and complaints will cease once she recognizes you not as a victim but as an insidious threat. You'll be free to use as much toilet paper as your mysterious kidney condition demands.
