I need someone to help me with a major depression. I am having right now. I do not know what to do. I have had feelings swelling up inside and now I have a trigger in my face. I do not know how you can help but just talk or something.

Do u have a crisis number to call? Like a SUICIDE line or something? I'm in Oz so I can't offer u any!
I'm assuming the "trigger" is actual rather than figurative.

I am ALWAYS here if you want to talk. I have major depression too and it is so agonising and horrible; but it is only temporary and this is a mere blip in your journey. You WILL get better and things will get easier.

Are you seeing a therapist or on medication? I really would recommend both.
