I need someone to help me with a major depression. I am having right now. I do not know what to do. I have had feelings swelling up inside and now I have a trigger in my face. I do not know how you can help but just talk or something.

Hello and welcome to PsychCentral. It’s nice to meet you.

I'm sorry you are going through depression. I know it is hard because I've been there. There is hope but sometimes it's a long time coming, unfortunately.

I hope you find this site to be as helpful as I have. It's a great place to share your thoughts and receive feedback and support.

Is it wrong that I got kind of excited when I saw Major Depression, haha. (Not for any other reason other than the cliche reminder i'm "not alone".) You can talk to me, but I'm new and I guess have to post 5 things before chat can be enabled...
I hope you find something to distract you from your depression for at least a little while. Have some icecream?

hi florida man
posting your concerns in the depression forum will get you more responses to your issues regarding depression rather than posting in new member introduction. hooligan has provided you with a link to get there. i am sorry that you are struggling right now. is there any way for you to avoid the things that are triggering you?

Hi floridaman,

I used to be depressed, but not anymore! Here's my best advice:
