Im going through so many emotions all at once and I dont know what to do about them. All day I've been feeling sad and anxious. I've been crying here and there and for no reason at all. The only energy I have is to stuff food down my throat and I'm not even hungry. I dont have anyone that knows what I'm going through or will understand

Is there any way that you could sit with someone who can help you with either psychotherapy or medication? You could have depression as you yourself say that you may have. It is something that will take a professional to help you work through. Best wishes.

You are welcome. I really believe that baby steps may be appropriate in starting to open up to someone as keeping all of your struggles inside is so lonely and destructive. I really hope that you find the courage to start saying a few things with someone you can trust. Therapist are pretty nice people and everything is confidential. They won't push you if you are not ready but they are probably your best shot at getting healthy.
