Finally figured out the root cause of my depression. it comes down to relationships. I never thought it would be because of a boy but it was. I want relationships but push people away because I'm broken. ....feeling very sad about this.

((((puzzclar))))

I can relate. I have a very difficult time building and then maintaining romantic relationships, much less healthy ones! So, I cower into the "known" unhealthy relationship...argh, bad self talk comes!....rather than stick it out being alone or finding a healthy man.

Relationships can really affect your mental well being. Especially if they aren't healthy or if they are manipulative relationships. When I was at my lowest, minutes felt like hours, hours like days, days like weeks etc. It was a horrible experience.

Which means for me, that there is a possibility that I could get off medication completely, I've already started to see that my depression is lifting. I know that what I did to cope with the loss of my relationships due to going on vacation wasn't the best....
