i don't know where to start...
maybe i shall have this thread to start opening up gradually. i am still aware of "wearing your heart on your sleeve." so i guess this will be my cave. and it will be with a trigger warning.  (somewhere inside me is chiding myself that i wont post here anyway...  )

Hey htn, thinking of you. I keep up a bit with the check in thread, I see you are struggling. I know about feeling like not wanting to post sometimes, I've done it and then deleted etc. I'm sure we are all here for each other. I hope you will get relief soon from your suffering.

thanks guys.
so i started this thread but yet part of me still can't open up. even thinking of skipping T and pdoc appt that is upcoming. i just don't feel like going up to them anymore...

is it weird that even if i am listening in lectures, inside of me is telling myself to just die... at that moment........
i wish i could easily tell pdoc of my pain instead of just posting here. this is hard.

meh. pdoc would give a judged giggle should he see that i typed things out.
so.  either way i'll just have a crappy session. also pdoc keeps asking how can he help me. you're asking a person who doesn't even know how to help him/herself.

Its close to 1am and...
I am not sleepy and... I have a meeting in approx 8 hours. Guess I need to furnish a better bed in this cave. *lame joke* Anyway, pdoc was a little bit better in the last appt. i guess. I still go out feeling like i'm a child who have just been scolded at, though.
