so these methods of "accepting my anxiety attacks" aren't working much for me anymore..

but one thing that i always noticed during these panic attacks is that i lose the "warmth" inside of me as they are happening

just putting my hands under hot water makes me feel safer, and relaxes me down a bit

why is that?

on a second thought..i wish there was an invention that senses your morning anxiety attack coming and starts pouring hot water on you just before it happens
