Does anyone tan or use ASMR to relax/get out of the depression funk? I hear those work.

I don't have a definitive answer to your question, but I do know there are other ways to get emotional relief that require less effort to accomplish than this. It might be all about perspective, and how things can work especially for you, your own comfort. Some people find tanning helpful, some people don't. You just need to find what suits you

I love being outside, but I don't go specifically to tan. The beach does wonderful things for me, though.
