How do u do this? I've bee having a difficult time letting things go and not bother me- mostly when it comes to people besides my bc- mostly my coworkers and mom. My bf is really supportive and he says its just a matter of me making the decision to let things go and not bother me. It's just easier said than done. I do plan on bringing it up with my counselor tomorrow.

" It's just easier said than done. "

Boy. Ain't that the truth. I know when I'm already feeling down that what other people say/do can especially get to me. Sometimes writing helps. Sometimes the thing is especially bothersome because it's a trigger from the past. In which case it can be helpful to try to understand it in that context. Glad you can talk about it tomorrow. Hope you feel better...
