I hope that you were able to get in contact with someone, and that you are feeling a bit better at the time.

Moonkin I hope that you found the hotlines helpful and reached out to them. Please stay safe. If you are feeling that poorly please consider calling your pdoc. Take care.

yes and no. A friend of mine works on hotlines around here. she said they cant tell just anybody who calls what the calls are about and who calls and stuff BUT there are forms that she has to fill out. In order for hotlines to be free they get money help from community and govenrment agencies. and those agencies want to make sure their money is gonig for what its supposed to be for so once a month she has a form to write down how many calls came in that month how many calls were what type of calls- abuse intervention, suicide, someone just needed to talk and not feel alone... and for each of the calls that come in there is also a form where the vollunteer answering the call has to write time the call came in, time the call ended, and a name of some kind (they don't ask if its the callers real name or not) and a short description of the call - this person was su icidal and called and asked for resourses or this person had a nightmare and needed to hear a real persons vioce to ground themselves. and then theres a spot for them to write the phone number down where the call came from (this is in case the call is an emergency a bomb threat active suicide and such and they for whatever reasons get disconnected and they can give the police of fire department the number to trace the address

Can they still trace a number and find where you are if you are on a cell phone?
