Hi, well I've been in a very deep deppression for a year, been deppressed almost my whole life, and this year I finally started taking meds. I've been getting better, but there are still things happening (I mean, it's life right?) and every down I have, instead of being easier to cope...it's worse, cause each time I lose the little faith I have left.

Most of my problem I'd say it's cause I don't have a way to make friends, so I don't have someone to go out or meet new people.

So I was wondering if someone would want to exchange email and we can talk =] I can't chat at work or even be at this webpage Lol (they have some kind of filter that blocks whatever they want) so that's why I'm asking for an email...kind of an modern penpal = P.

Tuesdays aren't so bad, Wednesdays are good 'cause I get to see my therapist, Thursdays are hard depending on the Wednesday discussion but in the evening there's the promise of Friday, that's better than a Monday, ha.

It has hundreds of groups for different interests in different locations. You join a group that has the same interests you do and they organize real-life meetups.
