Feeling so out of it. My head feels very heavy like there's a weight in my frontal lobe. I also feel confused, dizzy, have a headache, and feel very fatigued. My depression is very bad right now and I'm having suicidal ideations feel like I have no hope for my future as far as finding a career I want to do or ever being happy in life.

Keep pushing forward bear. I know right now things seem bleak but always trust in your abilities. The things you want in life will come to you, you just have to believe and keep striving for it. It will happen.

Depression will cause you to only be able to see the negative. So don't make any decisions while you are depressed. Keep the faith that things will get better and fall into place. Keep putting one foot in front of the other until you get there.

Hi ABB,

I would be triple checking that there isn't an underlying medical problem that your docs missed somehow.

I really hope you can find a way to give yourself time to heal. Here's a video that you might like that I got from festidump

Sounds like a medical condition! I hope you're eating enough and drinking enough water?

Bear,
Been having some similar issues and was put in hospital for 4 days for sinus infection I thought had basically gone away...but hadn't...please do go get checked out by doc or urgent care and get at least some sinus X Rays..so much funk in the air right now. really hope you feel better soon. It is so hard when you are already depressed to go get help medically too or to differentiate between which is making you so tired...
Gentle hugs..
