Hello
The most interesting stuff in terms of research is happening in the brain. It seems the hippocampus is important and heavily involved in depression. I like reading about these things. Just the opinion of a depressed failure such as me but it seems to me that neurology is where we should be focused and not functional medicine. https://bbrfoundation.org/brain-matt...jor-depression |

Hi am certain that if you are suffering from depression, that any failure is due to the nature of depression, not attributable to you.
Thank you for sharing the article.

Hi, sorry you feel a failure, if you have depression it is likely to be linked to a number of reasons but it is NOT YOUR FAULT! It takes courage to live with depression, and if you have and you have posted here then you are courageous. Thank you for sharing with us. I hope you find encouragement and support here as I have.

I've come to realize "as our moods change our whole world changes with it." Depression really is the big distorter. We cannot possibly be the terrible miss fits we believe ourselves to be. (((lonely))) you are not a failure. I hope you feel better soon.
