So my therapist wants me to say 3 things I'm grateful for each day. I figured I could probably manage that. And I thought, hey, maybe it would be a good thing to do with some other people who struggle with depression too. Maybe we can help each other out.

So feel free to chime in on something you're grateful for today!

Today, I'm grateful for
Eggo waffles
Snuggling with my dog
Cooler weather

I say that I have at least ten times three things to be thankful for each and every day. Everyday I take the time to communicate with the Lord; and tell Him how thankful I am that he has put out a nice life for me (though I have some struggles that get me down like everyone else has).

The three things I can think of to be thankful for today are: my health being well-especially since the major surgery I had last April, enough money to buy pretty good quality food, and being away from work (I like my job, but lately things have been going a little bit wrong).

What depresses me the most is feeling like the good things I have with my life now are going to be taken away. I've seen that happen to other people who seemed like they didn't deserve that to happen to them.

I have food in my fridge, clothes on my back, and a roof over my head

I am grateful for my relationship with the Lord, my dog, my family, and the chance to have medical care and to finally get mental health care too.

I am also grateful for the chance to go back to school.
Thanks for this!

We talk a lot about the hard times we face, and it's good we talk about them. It's really cool to see some of the good things you all have too.

Today, I'm grateful for
My PC family
The nice dinner I had
My comfy bed

I'm grateful that I didn't break my ankle last night when I fell. It hurts but as least it's not broken.

I am grateful for
...having never broken and turned to faith, I have always kept reason and essential nihilism in my decisions
...science and all the wonders it has allowed we mere humans to achieve
...that this too shall pass

Edit: cool weather is nice too
Thanks for this!

Today, I'm grateful for the technology that makes this kind of communication possible, my best friend, and my bed.

An example of combining those three things is texting my best friend while hiding under my sheets—something that happens often.

If anyone listens to Bring Me The Horizon you're amazing! Haha either way all of you are amazing whether you listen to them or notToday I'm grateful for...Today I'm grateful for...
