And that's something I just don't have. I'm so tired and when I have things to do I can't stop worrying about them. I have basically 0 confidence in my abilities and even when I get something done all I can think about is how it won't even matter tomorrow because 3 new things will get added to my list.

i so understand what it is like to feel this way. it just seems like life piles on more and more and more. it takes so much energy to cope and before you even finish dealing with one thing and new thing pops up. it gts so frustrating.......

I understand. It's the same way for me. I just don't have the energy to handle taking care of my personal needs much less the household stuff. If it weren't for my husband I don't know what I would do.

I hope we all get better soon.

Even though I'm mostly doing really well with my depression, I still have this feeling often.

Even you have 0 energy yet you can try not to worry. I could manage that despite my energy is low
