First, I just woke up so it's like morning for me, not midday.
Anyways, I started taking Wellbutrin and upped my dose of Vyvanse on Friday, since then I've had horrible side effects. Like no appetite, trouble sleeping, heart palpitations, light headed, and anxiety. In fact I spent last night in the ER, but they told me that nothing was wrong. I've been trying to get a hold of my pdoc all day, even left a message early this morning, but still haven't heard back. I know you shouldn't just stop taking medicine, but I really don't want to go through what I experienced last night again. Especially because tonight is Monday and I have to work.

You really need to talk to your doc. Did you JUST start the Wellbutrin yesterday? IF so, then I could definitely see an converse interaction. And if it's only been the once dose then it hasn't had a chance to build up in your system yet, so stopping it shouldn't be a problem. Worse case call an ER doc or nurse hotline.

Yes, this would be a question for the doctors, or worse case scenario, the hotline.
