That's right I said shame. And right now I just can't read anymore about shame it's too depressing! Any tips to get this particular book read?

Cliffs notes?

Or just try separating yourself from the material a little bit if you find it overwhelming.

Maybe dip into the less threatening parts? If it's too overwhelming, maybe it isn't right for you just now. You may benefit more from it at a later date.

Is it one of Brene Brown's books. I have one of her books on shame. It's been months and I still find it too overwhelming. I think she has a TED talks video on YouTube, that I've had bookmarked for ages - still can't bring myself to watch it.

I like Fizzyo's advice.
