 Hi to everyone in the depression forum. I'm new here and am looking for a place where I can communicate with other's who may share similar problems with depression. I have struggled with depression for several years now and am struggling to try and find some relief. I have great difficulty reaching out to others as I also suffer from social anxiety which creates a lot of emptiness in my life. I hope to be able to find some support and also to provide so support to others who may have some similar problems. Your input is greatly welcomed and appreciated. LittleMouse |

hey. I'm pretty new here too. I've had depression for about a year, and I know how it feel when you ask will it ever end. I'm starting to do better. If you ever need to talk, don't be afraid to send me a message! Welcome to the community!

You are taking the next step communicating with us...
When you say struggled with depression for several years - does that mean you have or haven't been to a Therapist or Pdoc?

I just started posting here too, it's good to know that I'm not alone feeling the way that I do....sometimes it certainly feels that way
