I have no idea if you can help because this is out of my normal. I have Major Depressive Disorder. I also have Severe Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorder. Thinking finding people with similar stories will help me. I feel like this will benefit me more than anything.

Welcome to PC spanishkit! I think this site can help sometimes, especially by providing that "ear" to listen when you need to vent or rage. I've felt that hearing other's stories about overcoming depression and anxiety has helped me as well -- they can provide new insights on how to cope. I hope you find what you're looking for here!

Hi Spanishkit

This is a very good place to share. Like you I have major depression and severe anxiety. People here have helped me so much.

I really hope, having had the courage to take the first steps, you will be able to continue to share in any forum or chat room you think may help. Don't forget to private message anyone you feel may be able to understand. Any of the Community Liaison people would be very happy to listen. They voluntarily do this role because they care. And you deserve it.

I hope you get the support you need
