... feeling "soft" inside... dizzy in my thoughts... exhausted... could start to cry any second... heavy mind... can't really think... a bit of anger
I want to stay on top of bed... doing nothing. Blaaah....  Actually been sleeping for a couple of hours during the day and 8 hours last night... not common for me... still so drained. Been dreaming about weird stuff...

 I go through those phases, too. That's when I get up and take the dogs for a walk in the park. Nothing revives me like going outside. If that doesn't work for you then just allow yourself to mope for awhile. It's okay if you stay on top of the bed. (((((((morehugs)))))))))

Christina... I'm sorry that "our club" is existing! I'm holding you tight, dear one.
((((((((((( Christina ))))))))))))) Pickle... yeah... I guess a lot of the members out here feel like this on and off. I took your advice and went out for a walk by the riverside... ( without a dog though- haven't got any  ) didn't really help though... but at least I did get some fresh air.(((((((((((( Pickle ))))))))))))))) Not in a good place at all...

That bridge looks beautiful. I'm there eating walnuts and a green apple. My puppies are at home. I need a day off from them.
