Hello, newer person to PC.
One more post and you're home free!
Not good about the drinking... like I can talk though, I used to drink all the time. I used to drink at work (i was a cocktail waitress) and after work.
I wonder if something in particular triggered your drinking after work or if it just crept up on you.
I have found this site to be helpful. I hope it will do the same for you.
I hope to see you around. .

I think if you post about what is going on in your life and if there is a cause to the drinking here you will get insightful replies and may help with what you're going through

Best wishes as you look for a way forward and a big welcome to Psych Central. I hope you find as much help here as I have.
