At therapy she's nine minutes late and I'm afraid I'll get sectioned when we do talk if I open up to her don't know how I'm going to survive this

I don't know what "sectioned" means. I'm taking it means put in the hospital? Is that the absolute worst thing? Will you not be allowed out? (I'm not trying to be sarcastic: I'm genuinely asking because I don't know)

your therapist isn't there to judge you but to help you. They can't hold what you say against you. They are there to help you.
You do yourself a diservice and put your health at risk by not being honest. |

I'm hoping the no answer means your therapist arrived and you're talking to her - telling the T what's really going on for you.

I hope that it went well with your therapist when she arrived.

It went okay she brought it up briefly and said I looked better the worst thing being in the hospital is I don't. Like what it does to my mental status its downright terrible anyway we mainly talked about the affects of suicide on others and childhood sexual abuse which I'll talk about in another post posting triggering

I'm glad you're OK! I don't have any special knowledge about childhood sexual abuse, but I read an interesting book about it that PTSD sufferers like too. It's called "The Body Keeps The Score" by Bessel van der Kolk. ![]() |
