I'm in a constant whirlwind. It's like I can't think. My head hurts, my heart aches and I'm slowly losing hope. I just feel helpless. I feel alone. I feel lost. I don't know what to do. I'm just broken. I feel like I have nothing to look forward to. It's kinda like I'm not even here, like I'm invisible. Maybe even dead.

You are no invisible. You have a community that you have joined that care and suppost each other. That includes you. Have you been to see a professional about your MH?

These feelings can be overwhelming. Just don't let them dictate if you deserve help. This community here is very supportive. We've all had our fights, our losses, and we've had our wins too.

Do you have support? Have you reached out for help? =)
