Hi everyone
Played some dodge ball last night with my sons grade 8 class.Parents against the kids.
Well...I "dodged" all right. In my attempt to avoid a ball,I managed to "POP" my knee and I went down fast.Needless to say, after 4 hrs in ER,I tore a ligament and possible cartilage damage.....Crutches and a tensor for now and fitted for knee brace on friday with physio.
Went to work to put time sheet in and explain what was going on.Got time off no problem.(thank god)
Way to start the summer.
