Bilateral ECT hurts a lot more than unilateral. I have had a bad headache, jaw pain and was nauseous all day. Really not sure I want to do it again but I have another schedule in 4 weeks. It all better be worth it. Not really the way I wanted to ring in the new year.

Do you take a painkiller beforehand? Where I'm from that's standard. Usually Tylenol, I took Aspirin because Tylenol used to give me headaches.

No they didn't mention taking anything beforehand. I might have to try that next time. I am so sore today that I can barely move.
