we now know it is important to eat healthy...but what does that mean????

Eating real food, not processed crap with zero nutritional value. Getting all food groups. Avoiding all the fag low-carb-no-glutten-paleo-vegan-raw-Kylie-Jenner-diet crap.

Also, you just observe how your body reacts to food. What makes you feel better (not in the moment, in longer term) and what makes you feel bad and adjust your dietary habits accordingly.

For so much talk about "support", it is pretty sad this thread has one reply. When almost everybody claims they eat healthy as it gets too.

dear venusss....very interesting...the cdc says one in three adults are pre-diabetic...and 9 out of ten of these persons don't know it....that is on their website...so the big question is ---how much does prediabetes impact MOOD..
I don't know yet...but I am looking

there are a lot of people out there that are not eating healthy....you need to eat healthy to prevent the chronic diseases that show up as you get older....people need to understand PRE-DIABETES because that is a point where you can reverse the inflammation that is causing damage to your BRAIN...

and if you don't know whether you are pre-diabetic.....you cant fix it...you are at risk
