Remember how I said, when my physical pain was really bad, that all I wanted to do was to lay in bed and listen to the same songs over and over again.

Well, now I'm just depressed. I want to do is just lay in bed. Not even any music.

Things just got a lot worse. It kind of makes you think, doesn't it?

How do you know that silence is worse than listening to the same song over and over? Personally, I'd consider silence healthier. Maybe your brain just asked for a break.

Consider putting beautiful uplifting music on and see what happens to your mood. Consider it music therapy.

Maybe nature sounds? Listening to crickets or rain is really calming/mellowing to me, anyway - it's just a thought.
I hope you feel better... I'll pray for someone to encourage you.
