There is so much joy in my life, but all I can see and feel is failure in myself. And now, I feel that death would not be so bad if I got to leave all the problems in my head.

Pray for me.

Lelem, I've found Joy as well as saddness triggers my change of mood. I cope better when life remains balanced. Any emotional simulant can trigger depression of in me.

Can you talk to your parents about meeting with a therapist and maybe a psychiatrist to discuss counseling and medication that might help you feel better?

Getting a diagnosis from a professional might be of great benefit to you.

Stay safe.
