I'm in so much psychic pain right now. Don't know where to turn. I am trying to do small things around the house today just to keep moving forward, but it is so difficult. All I want to do is lay in bed. I have to go on a business trip next week and will be around hundreds of people. I don't know how I will be able to get through it in my current state.

Thanks for reading.

First of all, I'm sorry that you're struggling. I know very well what it's like to not want to get out of bed or not want to be around people. I know this is an easier question to ask than to answer, but what makes you feel this way?

My advice is to keep pushing as you've been doing and don't be afraid to reach out to friends or to the people here. I know sometimes when I don't want to be around people that it helps to have one or two people that genuinely care.

If you'd like to talk, feel free to contact me. I'm happy to talk to to just listen.

Hang in there!

Hi basicgoodness, hope you are feeling better now. The pain can be hard to bear. Hope you can stick through it and things will get better, hopefully in time for your trip next week.

Thanks, Dexter. I am somewhat better this evening. As the day draws to a close, my mood usually improves because the workday is over.
