One of the reason people fall into depressive state is the loss of abilities or faculties, or even just the advancing years and the changes that occur. This week in Depression Support Chat we will use this article as a starter for discussion about how loss affects each of us personally.

So feel free to drop in for the Depression Support Chat Thursday night at 9PM EDT. (Eastern DaylightTime is now 4 hours less than Greenwich time until Greenwich time moves to their DST in their zone) So last week 9PM will be like an hour sooner if your time zone did not change to daylight savings time yet.)
